Project compile but not installed in jitpack.io

ok, the project has a somewhat unusual setup with these lines it installs in the local maven repo https://github.com/malmstein/FloatingHints/blob/master/library/maven_push.gradle#L25-L29
but in Ivy format instead of usual Maven format

ideally the project should be updated https://jitpack.io/docs/ANDROID/
