activating icon on Stack Review Pages

Need to let the user know that the Extension is at work on the page.

You could add an icon to the topbar

or even the other side of the bar.

That could serve as the menu opener as well, even.

I kind of like that idea, let me think about that a little bit, anyone else feel free to chime in.

I think I want to get this working with the button on the toolbar next to the omnibox first, then moving the menu to a different location should just be a matter of changing where it is called. that way I know the right way to set up the button in the tool bar.

If we create the icon on the page itself it will break if(when) they change the top bar set up. if we go with the normal operation there won't be an issue.

I was able to create a basic options menu, it is nothing fancy, but I have been adding things here and there, but once it is complete I think we could add in classes and inject it onto the page, and make it look like it was always meant to be there.
