Set time between refreshes

Some people may have a better/faster browser, or maybe just a faster computer on a whole.

That being said, I think there should be an option to change the intervals between the refreshes.

This could be done by adding a button with GM_registerMenuCommand that could pop up some prompts for getting the interval to change to.

I might work on submitting this as a PR.
