OpenAT - Toy Resource - Cheapest, simplest switch option for testing toys

Create a simple, cheap option for testing switch adapted toys, primarily for the Maker. Add to Bill of Materials for those cases when Maker doesn't have and/or isn't making a different assistive switch.
