[bug]: Opening a Work Item - Add a blank line

Current behavior

When I open a previously saved work item, and then close it (and not even clicking into any areas) it adds a blank line to the work item text area.

This creates work items with huge blank spaces

Steps to reproduce

Create a Work Item, and add some text
Save it

Open it
Close it
Open it
Close it
Open it
Close it

Note thaty the work item text area has increase in height and inspect that new blank lines have been added
