there is a way to subscribe to multiple namespaces using the PulsarConsumer annotation:

    @PulsarConsumer(
        topic = "my-topic",
        clazz = MyMsg.class,
        subscriptionType = SubscriptionType.JSON,
        namespace = "my-namespace")
    public void mysubscription(MyMsg myMsg) {
        // your code
    }

However, I checked the code for producers, and currently, you can specify only one producer per topic. You can, of course, use native SDK to build your producer, but I believe it would be better to use our library.

You can specify a custom namespace, but unfortunately, only one producer for a topic can exist at a time.
