[Block Updates] Potential Improvements to the Form Block

We made some major updates to the Mailchimp form block in PR #126, and this issue lists some potential improvements to the form block.

1. Add default styling for form fields and buttons
   Currently, the form fields have minimal styling, limited to margin and padding, which results in a plain UI. Adding support for additional styling would enhance the overall appearance of the form.

2. Add an option to set placeholder text
   At present, there is no option to set placeholder text for form fields. Providing an option to add or edit placeholder text in the sidebar would be good enhancement.

3. Allow multiple form fields in a single row
   Currently, the form has a vertical layout with 100% field width, making it longer when multiple fields are added. Introducing width settings for form fields and enabling multiple fields in a single row would enhance the form’s layout and usability.

4. Display the disabled visibility toggle for required fields with a notice/tooltip, or at least add a FAQ in the README to clarify it.
