Listening to specific changes

Is there a way to listen to specific changes in a model attributes? For example, if I only want to render the component again if the model's name has changed?

Currently any change to a collection/model will trigger re-rendering. You can however use shouldComponentUpdate to overcome this limitation. Anyway this looks like a good feature to implement in the library, so I'll keep this open to track it.
