App not launching

Hi, I am unsure if this has been covered yet, but for a bit now, my app has been unable to launch, basically getting stuck on the app logo and never opening. I am using the latest version of the app (2.1.3) and running it on a Google Pixel 6a running GrapheneOS. I have had no issue before this one, and would rather not uninstall and reinstall the app, as I can't seem to find where to access the back-ups, if they exist on my phone, so I'd rather not lose that data. So any help regarding this would be great. I have attached a screenshot of said issue

This kind of issue has already happened in the past indeed, but there's no way for me to know what exactly is causing it. I would need access to the logs. Do you know how to capture them with another app? It's not very hard, I can list the steps for you if needed.

You're right about not uninstalling it. The default backup location is hidden by Android, I need to change it to a folder you can easily access. I'm not working on the app as much as I used to be but it's on my to-do list!
