Improve toolbar

In addition to the various rich text formatting options there are, it would be nice to be able to change the text colour. If you accept my feature request, I would be open to try to implement it myself.

@victorbnl I think I didn't enable that feature (which is supported by the editor library) because it would break the markdown export. I'll have to check. If that's the case, I am working on a PR in the library in question to fix that.

Can you link the PR in question so I can try to help if needed and get notified when the issue is solved so I can think about how to implement it in Material Notes?
