Guidance on how to generate the token

Additional information is needed on how to generate the token required for the extension to work. This can be done by:

• Documenting what are the permission required for the token in the documentation Write documentation #4
• Add a simple wizard/configuration to set up the permission needed and open the GitHub page with the correct configuration
