Add default style of collapsed sections globally

It annoys me that I have to reload the page or edit the code block if I collapsed a section and then want to re-collapse the section again.

Please add the option in the EC defaults settings to set the default style (github, collapsible-start, collapsible-end, or collapsible-auto) of the collapsed code.
