Describe the Issue

Whenever I use the Meta Bind date picker, I am unable to change the month or the year. I can still select a date from the modal, but it's stuck on January of year 0.

Steps to Reproduce

1. set inline date picker: INPUT[datePicker:<property>]
2. Select the inline date picker,

Expected Behavior

I should be able to cycle through the months and set the year.
