How do you use PLINQO.EntityFrameworkCore?

I can't see anything on YouTube.
I can't find anything through Google.

I installed it into a blank .NET 4.6 project in V2017.
It has installed, the package has downloaded into the packages folder
But I cannot see any changes in the project, menus, or available items.
