User interface requests

I am testing the new APNS feature by sending all my Loop requests via LoopFollow.

LoopFollow dev branch, v4.5.1

Loop version v3.11.1 plus NightscoutService PR 19.

Observations

Carb absorption time

When modifying absorption time for a meal. Please make it a selection wheel like Loop.

Do not allow user to type the entry.

Error not detected

I failed to update the LoopFollow phone with the correct QR Code URL - which was changed because I updated my Nightscout site.

The message from LoopFollow was that the remote request was sent. The notification from Loop was that the remote request was received. But because the QR Code URL was incorrect, neither carb entry or bolus was actually accepted on Loop phone.

Once I updated the QR Code URL, then I sent the carb and bolus requests again and this time got 2 additional notifications: 1 from Loop and 1 from LoopFollow that the remote entry was successful for carbs.

I'm not sure if a message could be sent back from Loop indicating that the QR Code URL was not correct and so the APNS command was ignored.
