换谷歌浏览器试试可以打开么，目前看网站没什么异常，apikey需要在dashboard里面查看；
或者你直接用Oauth方式做认证，不需要apikey，参考：

换了不同浏览器，切了vpn，手机5G访问，都不行，打不开dashboard

你这个看起来https://open.longbridge.com/页面都打不开，自测 5G+vpn是可以正常访问页面的，可以换换网络和vpn再试试
