Missing satnet.h file in the pip repo #16

Hello.
Firstly I tried to install this package from pip. I got error saying no such file called satnet.h
There is a similar issue in the issues and then I double-checked the files from pip repo.
In the src of satnet of pip repo, it does missing the header file but in this scr of github version, there is the header file.
Therefore, could you update the pip repo so nobody
will be confused later
