[Bug] bad switch on https

Describe the bug
The connection on http://climso.irap.omp.eu/__system__/tap/run/tap works fine with Taphandle `
As this service does not support CORS, MK2 switches to the proxy.

The problem is that MK2 uses the /tapsxy proxy which redirect on https and the service does not work very well with https.

A service declared as http in the registry should always use /tapxy
