Bug description

After upgrading to LM22.3, when I rename a file and press the keyboard layout key (or the combination), file renaming loses focus and closes leaving the old name on the file. It is like pressing the ESC key...
This is a very important bug because you cannot use characters from more than 1 layouts in the filenames.
Initially I thought is was an IBUS issue, so I removed IBUS completely from the system. Then I thought it was my key for layout change, so I change the key and the issue remained. Then I tried to rename a file on desktop and there I had no issue changing layout.
So i'm 100% sure is a NEMO issue.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create 2 layouts
  2. Set a key as layout change (I personally use left Win but it doesn't matter)
  3. Start renaming a file in nemo
  4. press the layout change key
  5. Nemo will stop the renaming process, leaving the file name as it was originally, like pressing ESC

Expected behavior

File renaming should continue independently of layout change key pressed.

Additional information

I found reference on this issue here linuxmint/cinnamon#13410

and here #2735 but I opened a new one because the problem is not related to a specific key combination...
