USB 1.5 Mbps speed is not formatted correctly

Using MintReport 1.6.0

In the USB panel, a speed of 1.5 Mbps is formatted incorrectly, showing "1.5" instead of "1.5 Mbit/s"

The issue comes from the speed_label(speed_mbps) function, which assumes speed represented as integers.

I attempted to change it myself, but it looks like it will require a new translation string "%0.1f Mbps"
