On refreshing the list of online themes, it reports an error with no message: I traced it down to an attempt to connect with ~/.local/share/themes folder and crashes. So, I added the folder, which access to the themes functional

Steps to reproduce

Using the GUI Themes, click on Add themes add or delete, and the error appears.

That empty error is because of image not being found, and the error of ~/.local/share/themes you saw was because the .theme folder is probably not created on your system and in the code it forgot to create ~/.local/share/themes folder.

I am doing weekly installations of LMC 22.2. The themes' current default location is ~/.themes. On failure of the download, the failure recorded the error that it cannot find ~/.local/share/themes.

Downloaded the seven Cinnamox themes from the website and created an empty ~/.local/share/themes folder and this affected the number of installed themes.
