Bug description

I see this error after selecting "Publish shared printers connected to this system" in Printer Server Settings.

Steps to reproduce

• Setup a CUPS printer
• Navigate to Printer Server Settings
• Check the "Publish shared printers connected to this system" from Printer Server Settings" checkbox

• Hit "OK"

Expected behavior

I expect not to see an error.

I'm also experiencing the same issue on all my Linux Mint PCs (3 of them).
What I did notice that if I launch the applet from terminal like:
sudo system-config-printer
Then I can change the Basic Server Settings, but if I try to change the Advanced Server Settings, I get a different error MSG:
CUPS server error
There was an HTTP error: Not connected.
