Is this project about a minimal HTTPS CLI Library?

No. I am pretty sure you are confused as that is part of Tyrowin's project which is indeed also called PyFetch.

What happened to PyFetch on AUR?

PyFetch was about to get a config to expand configuration for users, but it seems impossible to add a config to the AUR package without putting in more effort, therfore, making the AUR package less similar to the main package. Also, PyFetch on the AUR is official. Both andresr and linuxaddict124 are the same person.
