[WCEU-04] Create Speaker Glossary & Reference Terms

Status: ✅ COMPLETE + PHASE 2 READY

Deliverable: Comprehensive glossary documenting key terms, acronyms, and concepts referenced in the WCEU 2026 talk.

What was done:

• ✅ Created wceu-2026/references/glossary.md
• ✅ Documented 50+ key terms: GitHub, Actions, workflows, agents, plugins, schemas, governance concepts
• ✅ Each entry includes: definition, context, usage in talk, related terms
• ✅ Organized by category: Core Concepts, GitHub Features, LightSpeed Components, Architecture Patterns

Current State:

• Glossary complete and merged to develop (PR Phase 1 WCEU 2026 Completion: Schema Migration & Content Finalization #575)
• Ready for reference during Phase 2 NotebookLM work
• Will support speaker notes generation in Prompt 1

Phase 2 Usage:
Glossary available as reference during NotebookLM session. Speaker can review terms during speaker notes generation to ensure consistent terminology.

Phase 3 Usage:
Glossary will be used during slide design and speaker rehearsal to maintain terminology consistency across all 24 slides.

Timeline:

• Glossary creation: May 29, 2026 ✅
• Phase 2 reference: May 30, 2026 (in progress)
• Phase 3 finalization: May 31, 2026

Closing: This issue completes Phase 1 glossary work. Ongoing terminology refinement tracked in parent epic #564.
