`GetDebugInfo` doesn't menction the CLI

[GetDebugInfo](https://lightning.engineering/api-docs/api/lnd/lightning/get-debug-info/) says

however

     getdebuginfo         Returns debug information related to the active daemon.

shows there actually is one.
