MPP sends from both trusted and LN

I know this has been a plan for a while and is blocked on ldk-node, but this is really needed to make things feel super native with a single balance.

Was looking into adding this to ldk-node but seems like ldk doesn't even have an easy way to do this without a ton of custom logic
