Some issue abour error syntasis and wrong include

Hi there, i found some things which maybe its wrong. Ive found on pear/module.pp, two things:

First, there are a comma on the define class, the last comma, which gives a Error 400 on SERVER: Syntax error at ')' at.

And the include php:pear, i think it would be a include php, am i right?¿

Regarding your version of puppet, the trailling comma can be allow. However this one is useless and can be remove.
About the include php:pear. This directive include file manifests/pear.pp and is mandatory.

If you're ok, please revert your modification about the include directive, create a pull request and I will merge this one.
