[moress] Glass vertical slabs don’t shatter

Describe the bug

Blue Stained Glass Vertical Slab gives it back to you when broke with hand. It doesn't shatter.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Place Blue Stained Glass Vertical Slab down.
2. In survival, break with hand.
   ...

Expected behavior

The vertical slab would be broken and would not go back into your inventory.

Using a silk touch enchanted tool will drop the block.
