Remove hardcoded colors from the bottom bar in favor of KDS theme

Remove these two hardcoded colors from the bottom bar:

studio/contentcuration/contentcuration/frontend/shared/views/BottomBar.vue

Lines 39 to 40 in b26645b

	background-color: #ffffff;
	border-top: 1px solid #dddddd;

in favor of our design system colors as described here.

yes, you’re correct, you can ask to be assigned up to two issues at a time.
However, at the moment we have quite a few contributors requesting issues, so we’re trying to distribute them in a way that gives everyone a fair chance to contribute :)
