Neither buildsTowards nor supports are available. This makes it impossible to follow the prerequisite practice questions tutorial

Hello! Currently, Knowledge Graph only has progressions for CCSS Math standard items—once we add crosswalk for Connecticut, you will be able to get a useful progression for that state. Today, Connecticut is in the released Learning Component data set, so you may find the tutorial for comparing standards across states to be useful in getting close to a progression for Connecticut in the meantime.
