Adding support for cm900 and opencm904

Hi,
I've done some minor porting to get this bootloader working on the cm900 and on the opencm904 here:

I can't open a pull request to propose new branches, are you interested to merge them here?

mbolivar, who is the lead maintainer at the moment is on vacation for a couple weeks. Ill make sure he takes a look at the patch when he comes back!

I don't think this is supported at all by Leaflabs any more

Take a look at my version which is still active
