The following PR was opened in the original ZettaIO/restic-compose-backup#29 repo and was never merged because the project was abandoned.
Integrating the changes from that PR into this fork offers a few benefits:
- removing postgres client version mismatch issues
- reducing OS dependencies needed in the stack-back container
- reducing the complexity of container network management for the backup runner
