Specify properties types

Maybe I'm just too used to `generate:migration` but it would be nice to be able to do this:

```
$ php artisan commander:generate Acme/Bar/SubscribeUserCommand --properties="first:string, last:Some\Class"
```

And have the docblocks updated in consequence
