Telnyx Model Provider

Function Description

Telnyx model provider plugin for Dify Marketplace.

This plugin would let Dify users configure Telnyx as a model provider and use Telnyx AI/inference capabilities from Dify apps, including:

• LLM/chat completions via Telnyx AI
• Text embeddings
• Speech-to-text
• Text-to-speech

Use cases:

• Use Telnyx-hosted/OpenAI-compatible models inside Dify workflows
• Build Dify apps that combine chat, embeddings, transcription, and TTS through one Telnyx provider
• Support voice/AI workflows where Telnyx is already the telecom/AI infrastructure provider

Existing implementation and validation are available here:

That PR includes:

• Provider implementation under models/telnyx
• Local tests passing
• Dify plugin package smoke
• Live read-only model inventory checks
• Local Dify runtime smoke with screenshots

We understand from the maintainer comment that dify-official-plugins is not currently accepting new model providers directly, so this issue is submitted as a proposal for the dify-plugins / Marketplace path instead.
