commands/create: Remove swarm support

- Use `../lambda-machine-local/commands/mcndirs` - Remove cli flags for swarm and `SwarmOptions` - Remove func `validateSwarmDiscovery` - Pass `github-api-token` to `BaseDriver` struct - Update tests for lambda-machine-local changes
