feature: In-place etcd restore for existing clusters #368

Hello!
We're adopting our kubernetes deployments to use this ansible role and had great success so far.
In the past, we had the possibiilty to restore our etcd database on existing clusters. I've looked at the ansible code and README and found out that currently, its possible to restore etcd only in new, uninitialized clusters.
We would like to contribute the feature / possibility to do this for existing clusters, as we would otherwise need to use a dedicated playbook/role and we think that this role could benefit from this as well.
The required changes should be small and we would add an dedicated flag for this to enable the new behaviour and keep everything else the same.
