[Bug]: 6 pending tasks have stale depends on already-done tasks

What happened?

These pending tasks depend on tasks that are already done, meaning the dependency is stale and should be cleaned: T1089 (depends T2299), T1090 (depends T2302), T4371 (depends T4370), T4373 (depends T4370), T4376 (depends T4374/T4375), T4339 (depends T4337). The done deps should be removed from the depends arrays.

The stale dependency rows were cleared from the store during the SQLite migration. None of the 6 tasks listed still have active dependency rows pointing at completed tasks. T1089 is still pending but has no dependency records at all. Closing as stale.
