Description
Add some mock tests so we know code changes don't break the entire scraping process.
Maybe add some testing w/ live page (but that we know the data to such as top songs of 2010) because Melon can change the way they publish the chart. See #1
Add to Github actions as an integration test if we are feeling super ambitious
