App crashes on launch on iOS 26.3.1 beta — withCheckedThrowingContinuation in Swift async wrapper

What happens:
App crashes on launch in TestFlight. Crash happens ~200ms after launch on thread
com.apple.root.user-initiated-qos.cooperative inside Swift async/await wrappers.

Stack trace:

• Thread 3 (faulting): optivizeumobile + withCheckedThrowingContinuation crashing
• Thread 4 (running): com.apple.HealthKit.HKHealthStoreImplementation.connection — HealthKit is loading
• Exception: EXC_BREAKPOINT / SIGTRAP

Confirming this repro on non-beta iOS 26.3.1 (same build 23D771330a).

• Library: @kingstinct/react-native-healthkit@14.0.0
• Device: iPhone 12 Pro (iPhone13,3), public iOS 26.3.1 (23D771330a)
• App: Expo SDK with new arch, Hermes, Nitro Modules
• Trigger: requestAuthorization (called with toShare: [], toRead: ~205 identifiers — the full v14 readable set)
• Also reproduces when the call is deferred to a user tap, so it isn't a startup race.

Exception: `EXC_BREAKPOINT (SIGTRAP)`, queue `com.apple.root.user-initiated-qos.cooperative`. Same stack as #331.

Console output right before termination:

The `objectTypesFromArray` warning is from `Helpers.swift:305` — that helper logs and continues per-type, so it isn't itself fatal. The crash is the `store.requestAuthorization(toShare:read:completion:)` call at `CoreModule.swift:186`. Suggests `HKHealthStore.requestAuthorization` is raising an `NSException` synchronously on this iOS build, which the Swift wrapper doesn't `@try/@catch` (the existing `ExceptionCatcher.mm` only covers `HKUnit` parsing).

Possible upstream fix: add a small Obj-C wrapper similar to `HKUnitFromStringCatchingExceptions` around `[HKHealthStore requestAuthorizationToShareTypes:readTypes:completion:]` and call it from `CoreModule.requestAuthorization` so the exception surfaces as a JS `Error` instead of crashing the process.
