Refresh dates button doesn't respect dates

When inputting new start/end dates and clicking on the circle arrow to refresh, the entered dates are not respected.

Also, there are a few more issues with this date widget:

• The submit button is not displaying correctly
• No mouse icon when selecting date
• Entering date manually (without the calendar) does not work.

Also probably placing it differently (not a on the right, TBD) would make more sense to have more space for the graph itself.
