Improve the Faucet

Let's make our faucets more intuitive.

1. Add some intro text on the page which explains what a faucet is and what you can do once you have some test ETH. This copy needs to be clear, succinct and informative.
2. Improve the UI around your address and balance. We need to put a one line explanation beneath or next to each one.
3. Improve the UI around making a faucet request. This has multiple dimensions: (i) Make the status which appears more central. (ii) Ensure that, once your account has been successfully funded, you know about it and continue directly without refreshing the page and (iii) that people are directed about where to go next (i.e. the mint or deploy tabs) so they can do cool stuff with their new test ETH.

I'd also be happy to see us support Goerli and Sepolia. But let's ask @simonkernel first before implementing Sepolia.
