Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Adding tags
2. Adding labels
3. I down the monitor, and Site24 sends a webhook without any tags or labels

Expected behavior

This is a confirmed gap in the Site24x7 provider implementation. The _format_alert() method only maps 6 basic fields (MONITORURL, INCIDENT_TIME_ISO, INCIDENT_REASON, MONITORNAME, MONITOR_ID, STATUS) and completely ignores any tags or labels from the Site24x7 webhook payload — the labels field on the AlertDto is never populated.

Other providers like Datadog [1], Grafana [2], and Sentry [3] all extract tags/labels from their respective webhook payloads into the labels dictionary, so this is an established pattern that the Site24x7 provider should follow.

The fix would involve updating the _format_alert() method in the Site24x7 provider to parse the tag/label fields from the Site24x7 webhook payload and pass them to the labels parameter when constructing the AlertDto. The exact field names depend on what Site24x7 includes in its webhook body (e.g., TAGS, TAG_VALUE, etc. per their API docs).

I've submitted a fix for this: #6210

The issue was that the TAGS and LABELS fields from the webhook payload were being ignored. The fix now extracts and includes them in the AlertDto.
