Added More Digital Rights Organizations and Added Projects to Support.md

Added a bunch of other digital rights groups people can contact,  as well as a list of open source phone projects that people can support like the Librephone by the FSF and PostmarketOS. Would appreciate double checking these organizations before merging this pull with the website.
