Support for skipping generation of certain file types

For our project, we do not want to generate an index.md file. There should be a way to specify that you do not want to generate descriptions of certain table types.

This feature is added in #727 . It builds on top of #728 , where if the path specified is the empty string, the file is not generated.

What does index.md represent? Table name?

Sorry, I meant the root "README.md".

We do not want to generate an index.md README.md file

We have no plans to change this behavior. It is better to implement it independently.

And just to clarify, what is the reason you don't think this feature is useful / will not change this behavior?

Because what we have now is sufficient (and can support many use cases).
We cannot easily add features.
Because we are the ones who will maintain it in the future.
We need a strong reason to be convinced that it is necessary.
