Support for more colours #186
Description
py_cui currently only supports 8 different colours.
It would be useful to have the 8 "bright" colours ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ANSI_escape_code#3-bit_and_4-bit ), and possibly the extended colours (8-bit or even full rgb).
