Thumbnail Generation is buggy for EXR sequence in HUD Gallery

I'm viewing a EXR image sequence. In HUD gallery view, thumnails are not generating. The square cells are blinking on and off. Almost 80% thumbnails are blank, remaining are like blinking. One moment thumbnail is appearing and disappears the next moment

Expected behavior
All thumbnails should be visible without any glitch

Environment Information (CRITICAL)

• QuickView Version: v4.0.5
• OS Version: Windows 10 Pro 22H2
• CPU: Intel Xeon E5-2687W v3
• GPU: Nvidia Quadro M4000
• RAM: 64 GB

Image Information

• Format: EXR
• Resolution: 3840 X 2160
• File Size: Individual files around 25 - 30 MB. Overall sequence: 3 GB
