[Feature]: Add Dark Mode Option

Dark mode toggle button is missing in the website of julep-ai. So I want to add this feature where users can toggle between dark mode and light mode easily to improve their surfing experience.

🎤 Why is this feature needed ?

Dark mode option for users would significantly improve their experience of navigating through the julep-ai. Many users work in low-light environments and a dark mode reduces eye strain and is easier to use at night.

✌️ How do you aim to achieve this?

I will do the following tasks:

1. Implement a toggle for dark mode or detect system settings automatically.
2. Update CSS to support both light and dark themes.

You're right! dark mode should be available on our dashboard. Unfortunately, for security reasons, the dashboard isn't an open-source project, so you can't contribute to it.

But feel free to check the Julep codebase. We appreciate your contribution.
