Whenever i install this mod, This removes from Mod parts from NKD

Hi there, I've notice this mod removes some mod parts from other mods.  Can you please fix it? It removes parts from North Kerbin Dynamics, and a carrier part "Liaoning" from The mod Aircraft Carrier Accessories.  Lmk if there is a fix.  Thanks!
