What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. The Default template is only available at project level for
2. The default template should be under Windows > Review > Global Template
3. In the project preference template you should than have a option to use
Global or custom
This will be a very good ad on for enterprise level
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
