[IMPROVEMENT] Create Review from Check-In

An Idea would be to be able to link Jupiter to the SVN/GIT/CSV view to be able 
to create a whole Review just by clicking the revision number.

This would improve a lot the plugin I think.

Maybe even better, having some kind of Maven plugin that can create a review 
just before commiting.
